We will take the time to get to know you on a personal level and learn about all your wishes and desires for your special day. It is important at this stage to establish that we are compatible.
planning assistance
We are happy to help you with location scouting, vendor recommendations, drawing up a timeline, activity planning, accommodation search, booking transportation etc.
photography & film
We will photograph & film your special day by documenting your love and unique experience. We prioritize capturing raw emotions and fleeting moments over forced poses.

INQUIRY PHASE
how long is the initial consultation?
The first free consultation session lasts about 1 hour.
Do we schedule a phone or video call?
We highly encourage video calls - normally using Zoom.
Booking phase
is there a booking fee?
In order for your booking to be confirmed, you need to make a non-refundable payment of 25%.
will we sign a contract?
You will receive a contract/agreement. When applicable, we will also include a model-release contract.
planning phase
HOw many guests can we invite to our elopement?
For an elopement, it can just be the two of you, or you can include your closest family and friends. We don’t recommend any more than 10 people - but it’s up to you!
Do we need to hire a Celebrant?
It is absolutely not necessary to have a celebrant to officiate the elopement/intimate wedding. You can absolutely take care of the legalities of getting married in your home country (makes things less complicated!). It is up to you if you want a celebrant or not.
how many guests can we invite to our intimate wedding?
For the intimate weddings that we take on, we put a limit on max. 50 guests. This also applies to vow renewals (which can also be setup similarly to an elopement).
Do we need a backup location?
If you are planning to elope, especially without any guests, it is easier and recommended to be a bit more flexible about your chosen location if something comes up - e.g. terrible weather.
We will be there for you every step of the way.
Delivery phase
how long until we recieve our photos and wedding film?
You can expect to recieve the photos & film 4-6 weeks after your special day. If you have orderd an album, this depends on when the design has been finalised, and how long shipping takes.
How will they be delivered?

We use Pic-Time, a professional online private gallery platform.
You will get the photos in high resolution JPEG format and the wedding film in full HD MP4 format.
